Advanced Payments
Advanced full payments at a $200 discount may be made directly to Killian Hill Christian School by June 30th of each year.
Installment Payments
Killian Hill also makes use of the FACTS Tuition Management Company to collect payments for our monthly tuition payers. Payments may be set up on either 10 or 12 equal installments made payable on the 5th or 20th of each month and will continue until the balance is paid in full. The 12-Payment Plan begins on June 1st of each year and the 10-Payment Plan begins on August 1st of each year. These tuition payments can be arranged in one of the following two ways:
Automatic Bank Payment (ACH / Direct Draft)
ACH payments are those payments you have authorized FACTS to process directly with your financial institution. It is simply a bank-to-bank transfer of funds that you have preapproved for your tuition expenses at Killian Hill Christian School. Payments may be made from either your checking or savings account.
Credit Card Payment
Your monthly payments will be automatically charged to the credit card you specify (American Express, Discover, or Mastercard). Please note that an additional 2.5% convience fee is added to each monthly payment when using this option.
NOTE: Whether making Automatic Bank payments or Credit Card payments, if for any reason a payment fails, notification will be sent to the person responsible for the failed payment, and that person will be responsible for any additional fees.
Enrolling in FACTS/eCASHIER once a student has been accepted
NOTE FOR RE-ENROLLING FAMILIES: If your student is re-enrolling before the beginning of next school year and you did not use the Credit Card payment option last year nor do you plan on using the credit card payment option for next year, then you do not have to create another FACTS/eCASHIER account, your account will be electronically re-enrolled for next year. Credit Card payers and students re-enrolling after the beginning of next school year will need to contact the School Business Office for special instructions.
Killian Hill Christian School contracts with FACTS Management Co. to collect tuition payments for families who have elected to pay on a monthly basis. KHCS will charge a $25.00 maintenance fee each time a payment is removed from FACTS and billed directly by the school unless a family is paying the remaining balance in full prior to the end of the school year.
Before signing up for FACTS/eCASHIER you will need to collect the following information:
If signing up for Automatic Bank Payments (ACH)

Your student ID as assigned by Killian Hill Christian School, provided to you in your acceptance letter.

The name, address, phone number and e-mail address of the person responsible for making the payments.

Bank account information for the person responsible for payment. You will need the bank name, bank address, bank telephone number, bank account number, and the bank routing number. (This information is normally located on your personal checks).
If signing up for Credit Card Payments

Contact the School Business Office at (770) 921-3224 for special instructions.
If signing up online for Automated Bank Payments, carefully read through eCASHIER's Final Review, and the Terms and Conditions before you click the Submit button. Once your agreement is approved by KHCS and posted to the FACTS system an e-mail will be sent to you confirming your enrollment in FACTS/eCASHIER.

NOTE: Once your tuition plan has been established, you can view your account history at any time by clicking on the My FACTS Account logo to the right.
Frequently Asked Questions
When/what time will the funds be withdrawn from my bank account?
FACTS specifies the date each payment will occur, but it is your financial institution that determines the time of day the payment is debited. FACTS recommends you check with your financial institution to determine how far in advance funds should be deposited into your account to ensure the automatic payment clears. If a payment date falls on a weekend or banking holiday, the payment will be attempted the following business day.
How will I be notified of my payment information?
Once your agreement is approved by KHCS and posted to the FACTS system, you will receive a confirmation notification of your payment amount by e-mail or letter. Payments will be processed until the total balance is paid in full. The notification has important information you must have to log on to My FACTS Account.
Can I pay by phone with FACTS?
In accordance with the Terms and Conditions of your FACTS agreement, payments are processed electronically. FACTS does not accept payments by phone.
