Tuition Payment Plans

Tuition Payment Plans

Killian Hill Christian School makes use of FACTS Tuition Management Company to collect tuition payments for our school families in one of the following ways:

Advanced Payment
Advanced Full Payment at a $200 discount may be made by June 20th of each year.

Installment Payments
Monthly Payments may be set up on either 10 or 12 equal installments and made payable on the 5th or 20th of each month.  Payments will continue until the balance is paid in full.  The 12-Payment Plan begins in June of each year and the 10-Payment Plan begins in August of each year.

Both the Advanced Payment method and the Installment Payments method can be arranged in one of the following ways:

Automatic Bank Payment(s) (ACH / Direct Draft)
ACH Payments are those payments you have authorized FACTS to process directly with your financial institution. It is simply a bank-to-bank transfer of funds that you have preapproved for your tuition expenses at Killian Hill Christian School.  Payments may be made from either your checking or savings account.

Credit Card Payment(s)
Credit Card Payments are those payments you have authorized FACTS to automatically charge to the card you specify (American Express, Discover, or MasterCard).  Please note that an additional 2.5% convenience fee is added to each payment when using this option.

NOTE: Whether making Automatic Bank payment(s) or Credit Card payment(s), if for any reason a payment fails, notification will be sent to the person responsible for the failed payment, and that person will be responsible for any additional fees.

 


Enrolling in FACTS via eCASHIER once a student has been accepted
NOTE: Before signing up for FACTS via eCASHIER, you will need to collect the following information:

If signing up for Automatic Bank Payment(s) (ACH / Direct Draft):

•  Your Student ID as assigned by Killian Hill Christian School and provided to you in your Student Acceptance Letter.

•  The Name, Address, Phone Number(s), and Email Address of the person responsible for making the payment(s).

•  Bank Account information of the person responsible for payment(s).  You will need the Account Holders Name, Bank Name, Account Type, Bank Routing Number, and the Bank Account Number.  (This information is normally located on your personal checks).

If signing up for Credit Card Payment(s):

•  Your Student ID as assigned by Killian Hill Christian School and provided to you in your Student Acceptance Letter.

•  The Name, Address, Phone Number(s), and Email Address of the person responsible for making the payment(s).

•  Credit Card information of the person responsible for payment(s).  You will need the Account Holders Name, Credit Card Type, Credit Card Number, and the Expiration Date.

When signing up online for FACTS via eCASHIER, carefully read through the Terms and Conditions before you click the Submit button.  Once your agreement is approved by Killian Hill Christian School and posted to the FACTS Tuition Management system, an e-mail will be sent to you confirming your enrollment in FACTS.



 To begin signing up for Automatic Bank Payment(s) or Credit Card Payment(s),  just click on the eCASHIER icon.



NOTE:  Killian Hill contracts with FACTS Tuition Management Company to collect tuition payments for our school families.  KHCS will charge a $30.00 maint- enance fee each time a payment is removed from FACTS and billed directly by the school for collection, unless a family is paying the remaining balance in full prior to the end of the school year.

 


 

 

Once your tuition plan has been established, you can view your account history by clicking on the My FACTS Account icon.

 

 


 

Frequently Asked Questions

When/what time will the funds be withdrawn from my bank account?
FACTS specifies the date each payment will occur, but it is your financial institution that determines the time of day the payment is debited.  FACTS recommends you check with your financial institution to determine how far in advance funds should be deposited into your account to ensure the automatic payment clears.  If a payment date falls on a weekend or banking holiday, the payment will be attempted the following business day.

How will I be notified of my payment information?
Once your agreement is approved by KHCS and posted to the FACTS system, you will receive a confirmation notification of your payment amount by e-mail or letter.  The notification has important information you must have to log on to My FACTS Account.  Payments will be processed until the total balance is paid in full.

Can I pay by phone with FACTS?
In accordance with the Terms and Conditions of your FACTS agreement, payments are processed electronically.  FACTS does not accept payments by phone.
