2012-13 Financial/Application Information
A complete and signed application, with the appropriate application fee, must be submitted for each student. After being tested, results will be reported to the parents within a couple of days. For new students entering grades K-12, transcripts from previous schools as well as an interview with a school administrator is required, and preferably both parents accompany the student to this interview. Official acceptance is based on admission test scores, transcript review, personal interview results and the availability of enrollment space. Killian Hill Christian School admits students of any race, color, and national or ethnic origin.

Tuition Includes:
books, field trip fees, allowance towards the senior trip and sixth grade Florida trip, athletic fees, school pictures, student yearbook, and fine arts fees.

Example: If a student stayed until 4:50 the cost would be $18.00 per student.
Terms of Payment:
The full tuition and fees are due with the opening of the school term: however, ten-pay and twelve-pay options have been made available for your convenience. All application fees are nonrefundable unless the student is not accepted by KHCS. No testing fees are refunded.
DUE TO LIMITED STUDENT SPACE AVAILABLILTY AND THE RESERVATION OF SUCH FOR THE YEAR, SHOULD A STUDENT WITHDRAW, TUITION AND SUPPLEMENTAL FEES PAID ON A MONTHLY BASIS ARE NOT PRORATED OR REFUNDED. IF TUITION OR SUPPLEMENTAL FEES ARE NOT PAID BY THE END OF EACH SEMESTER, REPORT CARDS WILL NOT BE ISSUED, ACCESS TO INFODIRECT WILL BE TERMINATED, TRANSFER RECORDS WILL NOT BE SENT AND STUDENTS' ATTENDANCE MAY BE PROHIBITED UNTIL THE ACCOUNT IS PAID OR ARRANGEMENTS HAVE BEEN MADE WITH THE BUSINESS MANAGER. IF PAYMENTS GO DELINQUENT MORE THAN 30 DAYS, A STUDENT MAY BE ASKED TO WITHDRAW.
Killian Hill Christian School contracts with FACTS Tuition Management Company to collect tuition payments for our school families. KHCS will charge a $30.00 maintenance fee each time a payment is removed from FACTS and billed directly by the school for collection, unless a family is paying the remaining balance in full prior to the end of the school year.
All payments returned for "insufficient funds" are subject to a $25.00 fee.
