Admissions Process

The KHCS Admissions Process has seven steps, each one essential to the enrollment program. Our goal for this format is to enable both you and KHCS to objectively evaluate the admissions application. Each step is intentionally designed to help you clearly understand the culture, benefits, values and requirements intrinsic to the KHCS education. Please be advised that we cannot skip steps or make special allowances, as the application is not considered complete until all documents are received and the necessary interviews are conducted.

International Students:

Killian Hill is authorized to issue the I-20 form for international students.  All international student applicants must be fluent in English. KH only accepts international students in grades 7-12.  You may follow the link below for more information about the international student registration process. An Overview of the Admissions Process

Step 1 begins by filling out the "Initial Information" form on this website. Steps 3-7 are outlined in the Admissions Portal, which is accessed by entering a username and password provided by a member of our Admissions Team. In some steps there will be several documents which you will need to download and fill out and send to the KHCS office.

Step 1: Initial Information Form
This is the on-line form wherein you supply introductory information about your family and your student. Click here to access the Initial Information form.

Step 2: Phone Interview with Admissions Advisor
Joyce Abernathy (k-6) or Phyllis Williams (7-12), the KHCS Admissions Officer, will review your initial application and schedule a time to speak with you by phone. If you both agree to move forward, an on-campus visit will be scheduled.
